For ensuring continuity in process improvements, C1 India has achieved the highest optimizing level of SEI CMM Level 5 for software development on 29th July 2005.
CMM level 5 is described as optimizing. It is a continuous processes of improvement in piloting innovating ideas and technologies. At the Optimizing Level or CMM level 5, C1 India is focused on continuous Quantitative feedback from previous projects which is used to improve the project management. The focus is on continuous process improvement.
Our software project teams as SEI CMM Level 5 analyze defects to determine their causes. Software processes are evaluated to prevent known types of defects from recurring, and lessons learned are disseminated to other projects. The software process capability of C1 India as CMM Level 5 is continuously improving as we are continuously striving to improve the range of our process capabilities, thereby improving the process performance of our projects. In C1 India the Improvement occurs both by incremental advancements in the existing process and by innovations using new technologies and methods.
