Customer Account, Password and Security
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Site registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify C1 India of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. C1 India cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the foregoing.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless C1 India, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages, claim or demand, costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of th (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site.

Third Party Rights

Member Conduct

This means that you, and not C1 India, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit via the Site. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to agreements made and to be performed in India. C1 India's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. C1 India may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Governing Law
Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Indian law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of New Delhi shall (subject to the paragraph below) have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, irrespective of whether Courts/Tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
