Job description: The incumbent would be responsible for following:

>> Respond to RFI / RFP, prepare proposals/RFPs, co-ordinate with OEMs for technical information, sizing, quotation /negotiation and facilitate the sales process. This will include Bid management as well.
>> Technical understanding of Databases, programming platforms and latest technologies prevalent in market.
>> Interact with the prospective customer to understand his requirement, and articulate a solution meeting the customers’ expectation.
>> Building lasting Client relationships resulting in add-on sales.
>> Responsible for writing proposals, giving presentations and demonstrations to the clients.
>> Finding right partners for preparing and submitting consortium proposals.
>> Preparing the proposal cost estimation and negotiating with the vendors
>> Working with teams for solution designing, sizing, finalizing the bill of material.
>> Coordinating with internal terms for inputs that need to go into the proposal.
>> Providing inputs for preparation of winning sales plans and proposals.
>> Preparing business cases for evaluation of client requirement and project needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

>> Experience in handling Government RFP/Tenders for all compliances and positioning against competition
>> Knowledge of e Procurement domain will be added advantage
>> Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
>> Knowledge Management and creation of effective reusable proposal components in proposal making.
>> Awareness of Networking , storage SASS and other technologies
