C1 India will be conducting the 21st e-Auction for the vacant slots of the free direct-to-home service of Doordarshan. The reserve price for the auction is Rs. 3.7 Crores and the participation amount is pegged at Rs. 1.5 Crores which is to be deposited on or before 12th of August. Also non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 10,000 will have to be submitted.

FM Phase III: MIB Names 21 Pre-Qualified Bidders for First Batch of e-Auction

The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB) is set to commence the auctioning of 130 FM stations in FM Phase III Auctions. The list of 21 pre-qualified bidders has now been unveiled. C1 India, which is the e-auctioneer, has made all the arrangements for training of the 21 pre-qualified bidders. The training would be held in Delhi on July 17, 2015.

SBI would be conducting its first mega e-Auction of distressed assets on Saturday. Currently, SBI has bad debts worth Rs. 60,000 crore. 350 properties would go under the hammer in the mega e-Auction. SBI’s Deputy Managing Director, Parveen Kumar Malhotra has said that the properties, which are worth Rs.1200 crore, would be available at a discount of 10% on the prevailing market prices.

In September 2014, public sector banks’ Non Performing Assets rose to 5.33 per cent, registering a rise of 0.61% since March 2014. Stalled projects worth Rs. 880,000 crore have been adding to the banks’ NPAs. SBI hopes to generate huge revenues from its first mega e-Auction.
