Desired Candidate Profile:
• Must be Graduate in any stream.
• Must be having at least 1 year exp. in Client handling profile though phone & emails.
• Well versed in speaking Hindi, English.
• Should have good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Day Shift Job (9 AM to 6 PM);
• Good analytical & problem solving skills.
• Good communication skill.

Areas of Responsibilities:
• To provide Technical support at client site and resolve their queries with respect to the C1 India application via mail and phone.
• Satisfy the client queries and provide quick resolution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the technical team.
• Provide training to the vendors at client location regarding application usage.
