Training is an essential part of our delivery model. Being a client centric organization we walk with our customers, hand hold them through the changes if required in their working processes and train their employees to help them adapt themselves to the changes and gradually wean off. Our solutions are user friendly, but we work with each client till the users at the client’s are comfortable with the application. Training is not only limited to the client’s employees, the client’s suppliers are also included. The Training process familiarizes both our client and his supplier with the technology tool being used. This further helps in optimum utilization of the tool. For each project we have dedicated resources that train employees both at clients end and at the suppliers end.
